Dataulinzi.com is a repository that provides information on data protection regulations and landscape in Africa. We stay up with critical issues and trends, data protection authorities' activities, track legislation and policies, monitor enforcement, and document personal data breaches in Africa.


The data we process

When you visit Dataulinzi for information, it is technically necessary for your device browser to automatically send the website's server the following information to access it:

  • Access Status/HTTPS Status Code;
  • Amount of data transmitted in each case;
  • Date and time of the request;
  • HTTP header fields (such as your operating system and its interface, browser type, language, version) and compatibility of your browser (so-called User-Agent, Accept, Accept-Language, Accept-Encoding), Do-Not-Track (DNT) command;

We will process your personal data if you share your name (optional) and email address when you want to draw our attention to a personal data breach or send us an email.

Why we need your information
